In 2022 Willemijn portrayed the role of pilot Beverley Bass (and others) in the musical COME FROM AWAY in The Netherlands. The musical is based on the true story of how a small city of 9000 citizens compassionately and kind-heartedly took care of 7000 stranded passengers after the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in New York.
